Peter Pfeffer Self Portraits: a study in scale.

In this gallery, Peter Pfeffer exhibits a series of self-portraits shot at a local beach in East Hampton, N.Y.   Incorporated into these self-portraits are objects he has come across while strolling along this beach. These objects may have floated in from the ocean or were left there by another person, and are usually overlooked as being unworthy of a second glance, but in this body of work they are given a heightened sense of worth as being integral, perhaps, to his overall experience of this location
For one self-portrait in this gallery Peter took a different point of view and photographed  people  as they were walking along, making them part of his experience  of this place.
